Transfer is your transportation from Point A to Point B. A driver drops you at the place you agreed about and leaves, they don't wait for you. If you need to visit several places and spend there some time or to return back to your hotel, you will need to order another transfer car, and probably there will not be the same driver.
Daily tour or daily chauffeur service in Istanbul means that a driver is at your disposal for 10 hours. You can stop at several locations and your driver waits for you.

If it is not the high season and we have available chauffeured cars in Istanbul, then we can provide with the hourly chauffeur-driven service. This service starts from 4 hours a day and from 100 USD (depending on the class of a chauffeured car) and each additional hour will cost around 20 USD (check the cost of an additional hour for every car in the "Vehicles" Section on our site). If you want to rent a car for 1-3 hours, it is more reasonable to use Transfer service.

We have more than 100 cars at our disposal. We don't know which one exactly will come to pick you up. We can learn about it only half a day before especially in high season. That is why we send you car pictures as an example.
The car which is going to meet you might vary in color and interior, but it will be the same car class you ordered.

No, not all of them. Usually those who transfer you from the airport to a hotel and back, don't. If you require an English-speaking driver, please let us know in advance. Usually the car prices in this case start from 60 USD for a transfer and 140 USD for a daily tour. And it is like this in all Istanbul, don't trust those who say otherwise ))

It is absolutely not a problem. You can check the price for additional hours in the Description Section of each vehicle.

It is one of the situations that we live in frequently. Usually, if the forgotten items are found by the driver, we contact our guest and agree how to deliver the lost items.

This is a very normal situation, just let us know. You will not have an extra payment.

It takes about 70 minutes to reach Sultan Ahmet from İstanbul Airport.

Sabiha Airport is on the Asian Side, New İstanbul Airport is on the European side. The distance of both airports from the city center is around 50 km. As New İstanbul Airport is on the European side, it takes 15 minutes less to reach it.

Because of the heavy traffic in Istanbul, taxis often have to choose alternative routes, taxi fares can sometimes go up to very high figures, but a single price is valid for car rental service with driver. No matter how many alternative ways the driver uses and extends the road, since the service to be paid is fixed, it is more convenient to rent a car with a driver.

Vehicles are cleaned and disinfected according to covid-19 precedents. They are cleaned, disinfected and served in special cleaning areas every morning before welcoming their guests.

8 hours of the chauffeur service are included + 2 hours for free. So, in total you get a 10 hour chauffeur service inside Istanbul.

Yes. If you start your daily tour from any Istanbul airport, we charge you only for a daily tour.
However, if you need two trips to the airport on the same day, you have to inform our managers about it. The second, third trip to the airport on the same day is considered to be a separate service and we will charge extra for it.
