We’ve noticed that many tourists visiting Turkey have concerns about potential fraud and overcharging for services.

We understand that the prices here can come as a surprise, especially for people who haven’t visited Turkey for a couple of years. Unfortunately, prices have increased significantly in the past several years. While we can’t control these prices, we remain committed to providing excellent service quality to our valued guests.

In this article we have gathered the most important concerns raised by our customers before they arrived to Istanbul.

Concern 1. “When I come to the Istanbul airport, a car with a driver I rented won’t be there ”.

Explanation: We have special people, called “welcomers” both in Istanbul Airport and in Sabiha Gokcen. When you have confirmed your order, we provide you with a special video instruction which explains in details where to meet out welcomer. This welcomer checks your names and takes you directly to the driver. Our welcomers work both at Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport 24/7.
Even if there is a force majeure with the car you ordered, we have several dozens of our partners’ cars of different classes available at both airports. There will always be a suitable car for you.

Concern 2. “Once I agreed about the price, a driver will ask me about the different price”

Explanation: We carefully select and maintain long-term relationships with our drivers. If you adhere to our guidelines of not exceeding 10 hours of daily chauffeured service in Istanbul, staying within Istanbul’s boundaries, and not requesting a change to a more luxurious car, our drivers are not authorized to alter the agreed-upon price. If it happens, immediately contact our managers.

Also keep in mind that every transportation company in Istanbul charges customers for petrol after 150 km ride within Istanbul.  However, if you do not overuse the car exploitation going from European to Asian part of Istanbul non-stop, usually we do not charge you for kilometers as well. A driver will warn you about passing over the kilometer limit if it occurs. If you need any intensive itinerary within Istanbul, please inform our managers in advance. 

If you made your booking without any advance payment over 3 months ago, please confirm the price for a car with our manager a week before your arrival.

Concern 3. “A driver will not speak English, we will not understand each other”

Explanation: Not all our drivers speak English, however, all of them use special programs on the phone which allow them to communicate with our customers.
We can not guarantee you an English-speaking driver only for your airport transfer. Nevertheless, do not worry, a driver is provided with your itinerary in advance and will take you to your destination place using the shortest route.

However, if you need a car rental with a driver in Istanbul and you require an English-speaking driver, let us know about it in advance.

If any confusion arises, contact our managers, all of them are English-speaking, they will sort it out for you.

Concern 4. “After I pay for a daily chauffeur-driven car service to a driver, he will disappear with my money and I won’t be able to find him again”

Explanation: We are the official business in Turkey. Upon entering the arranged car in Istanbul, we ask customers to pay for the daily driver service. Your driver will be at your disposal for 10 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you step out and don’t immediately see your driver, don’t worry; they may have relocated the car due to parking regulations. You’ll be provided with the driver’s phone number for easy communication. In case of any emergencies, please contact our managers immediately.
